Stop thinking about your clients at night
The same loop every night: who you didn't message, what you never wrote down, who you forgot to invoice. There was no time for it during the day — the day went to admin, bookkeeping, the inbox and the ads. It takes all of that off you.
I've been running my own practice on it since March 2026. Opening access one person at a time.
Your session with Marina ended an hour ago. Talk it through while it's fresh — I'll sort it out and file it.
🎙 voice note, 4 minutes
Done. Filed under Marina, two tasks from it moved to tomorrow. That theme is back for the third session running — flagged.
Where the day goes
Six jobs nobody trained you for. You do them between sessions, in the evening and at weekends — then wonder why there's nothing left for the people in front of you.
Receptionist
Who's coming when, who rescheduled, who went quiet, who's due a message. A card per person with session history and your own notes — plus a separate list of everyone who dropped out.
The one who remembers
A day, three days and a week after a session it reminds you to reach out, and files the task itself. Three hours after a session: «write it down while it's fresh». It never nags you twice about the same thing.
Secretary
Talk for five minutes between sessions — it transcribes, cleans it up and files it under the client. No typing. It only ever appends: it never overwrites and never deletes.
Bookkeeper
Say «Marina paid 150» and it sets aside tax, your buffer and the ad budget on its own. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, exported to a spreadsheet every night.
Marketer
What you spent on ads and what came back, where people actually found you, whether a channel pays for itself. Worked out from the same numbers you already logged.
Archivist
«What came up for Marina about her mother?» — it finds it in your own notes across every year and opens the file. No re-reading six months of records before a session.
It runs the day for you
It doesn't wait for you to remember it exists. Every item below is something you'd otherwise be holding in your head.
- 08:00Who's coming today, what's urgent, where to start. Once — and your head is clear.
- after a session«Talk it through while it's fresh.» Five minutes out loud, and the person is out of your head and into their file.
- 14:00What's stuck and what you'll realistically finish today. Not a list of forty items.
- 20:00Three questions about the day, if you want them. Your answers go into the journal instead of looping in your head.
- 21:00It goes through yesterday's consultations: who to message — the task is already filed. Nothing for you to recall.
- SundayThe week in numbers: sessions, money, which clients have dropped out of the work.
What it isn't
So you don't sign up for something that isn't here.
- Not a cure for worrying about a client. If you lie awake wondering whether you took someone in the right direction or opened something too early, that's for supervision, and no software replaces it. This only clears the admin tail that keeps the day from closing.
- Not a service for your clients. They never talk to it, it never messages them, and it does no therapy. It only ever writes to you.
- Not a cloud putting your notes on display. Your notes stay as ordinary files in your own vault and sync to your computer. Take them and walk away whenever you like.
- Not a medical product and not a substitute for supervision. It doesn't diagnose and it doesn't decide anything about your client for you.
- Not self-serve yet. No pricing page, no «buy» button: I set it up by hand, with you, around your practice. That's why there are few spots and I take one person at a time.
- Not in English yet. Today the assistant talks in Russian. If you put your name down, you're telling me an English version is worth building — and I'll come back to you when it is.
Take a spot
I'll write to you myself, show you how it works from the inside, and tell you honestly whether it fits you. No mailing list, no «a manager will be in touch».
